MY BRIEF BIODATA

My name is Dr. Chandrashekhar Narayan Kulkarni , and I am a Civil Engineer and Infrastructure Consultant based in Nashik, Maharashtra.

I have more than 27 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering, particularly in Highways, Bridges, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure Development*

I was selected through MPSC in 1996 and served in the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Maharashtra, in various positions including Assistant Engineer, Sub-Divisional Engineer and Executive Engineer. During my government service, I was extensively involved in National Highway and major infrastructure projects.

I hold postgraduate qualifications in **Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering & Planning, and Urban & Regional Planning**.

After taking voluntary retirement from government service, I started focusing on infrastructure consultancy and am presently associated with Civiltech India Private Limited as Director. The organization provides services in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), DPR preparation, Independent Testing Firm (ITF) services, Authority Engineer services, Structural Audit and Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Quality Assurance and NABL-accredited material testing

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on several important road, highway, bridge, urban infrastructure and public infrastructure projects. My professional interests include **road safety, pavement evaluation, transportation planning, quality control and large-scale infrastructure development**.

I have been recognized for my professional contributions through various awards and honours, including the Outstanding Engineer Award by the Government of Maharashtra, Promising Engineers Award by the Institution of Engineers, and the ICONIC FELICITATION OF EXEMPLARY ACHIEVEMENTS AWARD (IFEA Award 2025).

I believe in combining technical knowledge, practical field experience and professional integrity to contribute meaningfully to the development of quality and sustainable infrastructure.
