Prakoshta is an online directory and networking platform connecting construction industry professionals, contractors/service providers, retailers/manufacturers, and home owners in India. We provide a platform for these parties to discover, connect, and communicate with each other directly. Prakoshta does not itself provide construction, design, or material supply services, and is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between users.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, project photos, product listings, messages, reviews, discussion posts). By posting content, you grant Prakoshta a license to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post, and confirm you have the right to share any photos or documents you upload.
Profile "Verified" badges indicate that Prakoshta has reviewed a document submitted by the user (such as a license, registration certificate, or ID proof). Verification is not a guarantee of the quality, reliability, or legitimacy of any user's work, and Prakoshta does not independently investigate the claims made in any submitted document beyond a basic review.
Prakoshta does not charge brokerage or commission on connections made through the platform, and is not involved in negotiating, executing, or enforcing any agreement between users. Any project, purchase, employment, or service arrangement made between users is solely between those users. Prakoshta is not responsible for the quality of work, payment disputes, project delays, material defects, or any other matter arising from interactions between users.
You agree not to: post false or misleading information; impersonate another person or business; upload content you don't have rights to; use the platform for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes; or attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.
Prakoshta reserves the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.
Prakoshta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prakoshta and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any interaction, transaction, or dispute with another user.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
